Once your dates are confirmed, we’ll schedule a Meet & Sniff. This is an opportunity for us to meet you and your pets, discuss their needs, routines, and preferences, and ensure we’re the perfect fit for each other. During this meeting, we will also discuss any special care instructions, medical needs, feeding schedules, and emergency contacts.

After the Meet & Sniff, we’ll send you a confirmation of services, including an intake form and any additional services you’ve requested. Throughout your pet’s care, we’ll provide regular updates and ensure everything is handled with love, patience, and professionalism. You can relax, knowing your pets are in great hands!
